The buyer enjoys the rights and interests of maintenance, since the day customer buy furniture from Chengyi company, it's the Chengyi's duty to maintain the furniture including defects of accessories.
   Both parties' responsibility as follows:

●Seller's responsibility: If the products that the seller sells cause damagement because of quality, the seller is responsible for maintaining and changing.

●Illustrate with examples: If desk, filing cabinet, office chair,etc, because one's own problem, burst naturally, plastic separation, come off or the chair wheel comes off etc., the seller undertakes responsibility and should offer free maintenance service.

●Buyer's responsibility: Products that seller sell, if because buyer use course, for improperly use reason of waiting for people, and cause the products to be damaged, the seller should maintain or change according to buyer's request at any time. Fee of material and freight are undertaken by the buyer.

●Illustrate with examples: The losses caused because of colliding or using the accessories inappropriately, its responsibility is undertaken by the buyer indlucing the delivery cause, but the buyer can require sellers to offer service of maintaining.
